Accommodation Details

Clematis Cottage is a newly renovated cottage with stunning views in the centre of Fritchley, a peaceful unspoilt Derbyshire village. Whilst the cottage is self-catering, we do provide a few welcome essentials and nibbles for you on your arrival.

The cottage comprises of:

Downstairs Living

Downstairs there is the lounge, kitchen and main shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and other cleaning products are provided. The lounge has an Opti-myst electric fire.

Upstairs Accommodation

Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom 2 singles. A Jack and Jill style toilet and washbasin connects the two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

Entertainment

There is free WiFi at the cottage, NOWTV, DVDs, maps, games and various other things to entertain you if the Derbyshire weather is inclement.

Outdoor Area

There are enclosed gardens to the front and rear and numerous dog walks from right outside the door.

There is a summerhouse in the rear garden, outdoor furniture and seating areas in both gardens and a small BBQ.

Dogs Welcome

We are dog-friendly and accept one well-behaved dog automatically. Two dogs are considered by arrangement.

There is a £20 fee per dog per stay.

We ask that dogs are not left unattended at the cottage.
