Getting Here
If using a satnav, the postcode DE56 2FT gets you right to the property.
If travelling from the South and via the M1, Sat Navs will probably tell you to exit at Junctions 24 or 25, but then you have to pass through Derby which can be very busy and tricky, so we suggest you carry on to Junction 26 of the M1 and follow the A610.
If travelling from the North via the M1, we suggest exiting at Junction 28 and approaching via the A38.
Once on the A610 towards Ambergate, the following directions may assist you.
- After just over 2 miles, take the right turning into Bullbridge Hill. This is under a large stone bridge signposted Bullbridge Fritchley Crich and also the Tramway Museum.
- Climb the hill and after 0.5 miles and on a corner, bear right into Allen Lane.
- As you continue down the hill you will see Fritchley Green ahead of you and the Red Lion pub. Head to the right of the pub and into Front Street.
- Clematis Cottage is the second property down from the pub on the left-hand side.
Please note, there is no parking directly outside the property, so we suggest parking somewhere near the green and walking initially to the cottage.
There are free parking spaces a few
